One of our hallmarks is to contribute to improving and uplifting peoples’ lives. Since opening of the college, we have sponsored many students who were unable to afford the costs on their account. We have provided reduced and even free of charge access to our courses and often also provided uniforms and study material for those students. In addition, we are highly involved in the community working closely with the social workers of the various districts. Most recently, we have helped one needy family by fully sponsoring the daughter for one of the courses. We then realized that the family situation overall was unfortunate and undertook to build a new house with a little tuck shop and bakery adjacent for them to support their livelihood. The total value of the project amounted to BWP 70,000.
