Customer satisfaction drives the F&B Service department which is part of the Food & Beverage function. By providing excellent customer care and applying sales techniques the department can contribute significantly to the success of an establishment.
This course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of food & beverage service with hands-on practical training. In addition, you will also learn the basics of (up)selling food and beverage items. After completion of this course you are well prepared to start your career in any hotel, lodge, restaurant or catering establishment.

Admission Requirements: Junior Certificate (JC) / Form 3 or 1 year work experience in any field. Those with a lower qualification are invited to contact the college for consultation and interview.
