Hospitality & Tourism Operations

The hospitality and tourism industry provides a wide range of career opportunities, and as the industry has been steadily and continuously growing it offers increasing employment. This industry also welcomes people with lower school qualifications and enables them to work their way up.
This course provides you with the basic knowledge needed in a lodging/catering establishment and tourism operator.  You will learn about housekeeping, food & beverage (service and kitchen), front desk and reservations. After completion of this course, you can choose from a wide range of career options in any hotel, lodge, catering, or tourism establishment.

  3. Introduction to Front Office
  4. Introduction to F&B Service
  5. Introduction to Housekeeping
  6. Customer Service
  7. Computer Awareness
  8. HIV / AIDS Awareness

Duration: 4 Months
Admission Requirements: Junior Certificate (JC) / Form 3 or 1 year work experience in any field. Those with a lower qualification are invited to contact the college for consultation and interview.
