This course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of the hospitality business and lodge operation with hands-on practical training. Topics include an overview and introduction to all key departments in a lodge as well as basic computer skills and bookkeeping knowledge. After completion of this course, you are well prepared to start your career in any hotel, lodge, restaurant or catering establishment.
